Return & Exchange Policy

Returns:
We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original, unopened ad un-used condition

  • How to Return:

    1. Contact our customer service team at contact@jyelah.com.au within 30 days of receiving your order.

    2. Provide your order number and reason for return.

    3. Ship the product(s) back to us. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a fault in the product.

  • Refunds:
    Once we receive your return, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges:
We offer exchanges on defective or incorrect items. If you would like to exchange a product for a different one, please reach out to us at contact@jyelah.com.au to initiate the exchange process.

Non-returnable Items:

  • Opened or used products

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or discounted items (unless explicitly stated in the offer)
