Return & Exchange Policy
Returns:
We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original, unopened ad un-used condition.

Ship the product(s) back to us. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a fault in the product.

Refunds:
Once we receive your return, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges:
We offer exchanges on defective or incorrect items. If you would like to exchange a product for a different one, please reach out to us at contact@jyelah.com.au to initiate the exchange process.
